Here, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy smooth sailing before, during, and after each placement. Remember: Your recruiter is only a text or phone call away if you need support or have questions.

At American Medical Staffing, we know it can be a challenge to find everything you need online especially when it comes to authentic nursing information, so we’ve compiled some helpful and trusted links to various sites.

Payroll Systems
First Time Paylocity Users:
- During Onboarding, the Credentialing team will create your Paylocity account. You will receive two emails from Paylocity, one with your username and one with your password.
- Go to https://www.paylocity.com/
- Click on the “Log-in” link located on the top right-hand side of your screen.
- When prompted, enter the Company ID, which is 171607. Enter your username and password. Click “Login”.
- The system may prompt you to send a validation code to either your phone number or email on file. Please follow these prompts and enter the code received.
Once you are logged in to Paylocity, under your self-service home page, in the middle of the screen you will see the Pay section. Click one of the check dates to access all paystubs.
Payroll History
All paystubs will now be available for you to view through Paylocity! Paystubs are stored and available to access via the Pay section on your self-service homepage. Check dates can be viewed by quarter, by year, or by using the filter feature to view a specific range of dates. To view your paystub, follow these steps:
- Locate the Pay Section under the Self-Service homepage.
- Click the check date of a paystub you would like to review. The most recent check date is at the top of the list.
- After you have selected the correct pay stub, in the top right-hand corner you will see a button to Download Paystub.
Direct Deposit
Review direct deposit accounts directly from Paylocity.
- Under Self-Service- Pay
- Select the More Dropdown
- Select Direct Deposit Accounts
Taxes
View all taxes associated with your paychecks and the filing status & exemptions of each under this
section.
- Under Self-Service- Pay
- Select the More Dropdown
- Select View/Edit Tax Setup
W-2/W-4
Paylocity makes it easy for you to access your W-2 & W-4.
- Under Self-Service- Pay
- Select the More Dropdown
- Select the Tax Forms
- Select a form’s Tax Year to view a PDF of that tax form for download/printing.
