Business Development Coordinator: Remote

Supporting VP, Director, and Coordinator of Business Development in managing AMS
clients and business development initiatives according to general duties and
responsibilities
 
 

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST: REMOTE

  • Recruit through various sources including Company database, internet, job boards, referrals, advertisements, direct mail, call and email blasts, conventions, and cold calling
  • Review resumes, interview and screen candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
  • Build a pipeline of HCPs to help support and anticipate future needs
  • Maintain effective communication and follow up with the team to place/transition candidates

401K: Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan after 3 months of continuous employment (or after working 1,000 hours in a 12-month period.) Our plan matches 33% of your contribution (up to 6% of your base annual salary) to the plan. For example, when you contribute 6% of your salary, your account will be credited with an extra 2% of your salary from the company.
